What we do
At Ubicuity, we offer advanced solutions to create immersive experiences that transform physical spaces. Our platform enables the management and customization of audiovisual content, integrating interactive elements that make each experience unique and memorable. From retail and education to corporate events and training spaces, our solutions adapt to a variety of sectors and needs.
One of our main innovations is U-BOX, a modular, easy-to-install structure that creates collaborative and sensory environments. Thanks to the interactivity of our platform, users can immerse themselves in enriched experiences featuring touch screens, dynamic lighting, and olfactory stimuli – all without the need for technical knowledge. - Pharmaceutical
The pharmaceutical company focuses on innovation as the core of its continuous improvements.
Specifically, they aimed to enhance staff training at the factory without entering the premises or impacting production processes.
Thanks to the installation of Ubicuity, training groups can experience the factory immersively, feeling as if they are inside and dedicating as much time as needed to learn every detail. Additionally, the installation is interactive, offering gamified content to make the training sessions more engaging and effective.
The same installation serves as a representative element to showcase advancements and relevant content to visitors and during business meetings.

- Contemporary Art Center of Toledo
The museum is set in a privileged architectural environment and features a fascinating collection of contemporary works by Roberto Polo.
In one particular room, there is a walkway with a very long wall that significantly limits the types of objects that can be displayed.
Ubicuity has created a digital canvas over 10 meters long and about 3 meters high, allowing for the exhibition of any digital artwork. Currently, a piece by the artist Bernardí Puig is on display.

- El Mundo / ARCO Madrid
The newspaper El Mundo celebrated its 30th anniversary at ARCO Madrid.
They hired artist Guillermo Fornés to create an analog and digital experience.
Our installation featured three cameras capturing the emotions of attendees as they viewed Guillermo’s paintings. The Ubicuity platform automatically applied filters to produce an artistic video, which was displayed on 16 recycled Xiaomi monitors from the factory in China.
The installation was inaugurated by the King and Queen, the Minister of Culture, and the Mayor of Madrid, alongside executives from El Mundo / Vocento.

- Soldit Homes
Ubicuity has developed an innovative solution to create immersive experiences in the real estate sector. It offers both the installation and the platform to build these experiences, allowing users to explore properties as if they were physically there.
Ubicuity’s installations transport the audience inside the properties, providing a highly realistic experience.
Through its platform, developers can easily interact with each room to update the immersive space, showcase the quality of finishes and modify them in real-time, include promotional videos, or display descriptive texts with detailed property specifications.
The installation in Torrox is the first of several to be implemented in collaboration with Soldit Homes.

- Madrid City Council
The Madrid City Council has created a cluster to promote and accelerate the video game development ecosystem in Madrid.
Physically located within Madrid’s Casa de Campo, it already houses several centers to accommodate business incubators and manage events.
As part of this initiative, a video game museum was proposed. In a new building, an experience was designed from start to finish, and at one stage, visitors enter a large room with four walls. This room has been implemented with the Ubicuity platform, making it fully immersive with interactive walls. It is truly impressive.

- Luckia
The Luckia Group aims to enhance digital signage in its gaming rooms. To achieve this, they are installing screen equipment connected to the Ubicuity platform, allowing central services to manage and monitor what is being displayed on any of their screens.
